Boric acid suppositories are made of pure, medical-grade boric acid which is a naturally occurring compound.
Boric acid suppositories are generally safe when inserted into the vagina and not taken orally. Unless in the rare event that you are allergic whereby you can experience some irritation or spotting. Prolonged use of boric acid suppositories is not also encouraged as they are still not widely researched and the effects of prolonged use are not well known.
Insert one suppository into the vagina using the applicator provided, typically at bedtime. Always follow the instructions provided on the package.
No, we don’t recommend that you do. Wait until your period clears then insert your boric acid suppositories to help balance back pH and eliminate the odour that commonly comes after your period.
We don’t recommend using boric acid suppositories for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Ideally, you will see improvements within a day or two of using boric acid suppositories. However, we recommend using it for the recommended time and not stopping when you see improvements in your symptoms.
For a one-time yeast infection, vaginal odor or pH imbalance, you can use boric acid suppositories alone. However, if your symptoms have been recurring or you have had antibiotics recently, we recommend adding probiotics to introduce good bacteria and help balance your vaginal flora.

For example, we don't recommend taking ashwaghandha if you are using blood pressure or blood sugar medication as ashwagandha can lower your blood sugar.
